Dentsu is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting and partner with Hiring Managers to strategize and execute hiring plans. This remote US-friendly role works with Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialists and HR to attract, engage, and select qualified candidates within agreed timelines.

You will manage multiple requisitions, use Workday for applicant tracking, and extend offers in collaboration with career advocates and managers.

Profile Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Location: Remote – US or any dentsu office

Role Purpose

As the TA Business Partner, you are a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at dentsu. You are responsible for executing the defined talent acquisition strategy and processes to hire the best talent for dentsu. Reporting into your designated Hub Manager or Career Advocate, you will partner with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and usher identified talent through the interview process. This role partners closely with others on the talent acquisition team, HR, and business partners to attract, engage, and select qualified candidates in line with agreed upon talent plans and timelines. This role may be focused on external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity & inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set expectations with and educate Hiring Managers around timelines, market insights and talent pool
  • Partner with aligned TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners in order to define a strategy for each assigned role and actively and passively source candidates as needed
  • Manages an average of 12-15 requisitions at a given time with potential to take on more as business needs dictate; responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality
  • Monitor our applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring qualified applicants are moved into the interview process
  • Coordinates closely with hiring teams, TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and TA Coordinators to shepherd candidates through the process
  • Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with career advocates and hiring managers
  • Act as a mentor and coach to more junior TA Specialists/Business Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners where possible

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters preferred)
  • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with hiring managers
  • Exposure to and baseline knowledge to support leveraging data and reports to demonstrate the results of hiring efforts
  • Ability to consistently exhibit superior customer service, including when under pressure to achieve tight timelines
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams

The hourly pay range for this position is $65.00 – $80.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
