Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator to provide senior-level administrative support across the talent acquisition process. This role is remote within the United States and requires Workday ATS experience and 3+ months?

6+ months experience in screening or interviewing candidates in the relevant context. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing offers, background checks, onboarding/offboarding, and ATS administration, along with producing pipeline reports

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months experience in a Talent Acquisition/ TAC role preferred.
• Experience with Workday ATS and a mainstream ATS; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior administrative support to the talent acquisition process.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and scheduling across multiple interviews.
• Manage candidate status updates in ATS and other systems.
• Arrange travel, onboarding/offboarding, and background checks as needed.
• Edit and post positions to ATS; ensure timely postings.
• Produce recruitment metrics and pipeline reports.
• Coach and train junior colleagues on best TA practices.
