Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead intake sessions, define position specifications, and guide recruiting strategy. You will partner with hiring leaders to craft offers, build pipelines, and ensure timely communication with candidates across our remote programs.

The role emphasizes mentorship of junior recruiters, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and leveraging market data to optimize talent acquisitions for client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Workday experience required.
• Pharma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications with market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong candidate slates and pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates.
• Partner with leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
