In this remote India role, you will manage intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding, using Greenhouse and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting within the India talent market.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, engineering, or consulting industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers in India and globally to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs.
• Utilize ATS (Greenhouse) and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) to manage recruitment activities and identify qualified talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and candidate relationship management.
• Ensure timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process for a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with business functions to recruit for technical and business-critical roles across India.
• Support onboarding workstreams, process alignment, and development of tools for broader organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and streamline recruitment processes.
• Serve as trusted talent advisor regarding India market, compensation trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and Indian employment practices.
