Syner-G is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 3-month engagement to focus on pipelining and recruiting Technical Operations and Engineering talent within biotech and life sciences.

The ideal candidate understands the biotech talent market and has success sourcing technical professionals across Validation, CQV, and GMP-regulated roles. This role offers remote work flexibility with close collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for Technical Operations and Engineering roles from intake to interview coordination.
• Recruit for specialized roles including Validation Engineers, CQV Engineers, Capital Project Managers, Facilities Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Process Engineers, Project Engineers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive talent in biotech and life sciences.
• Proactively build pipelines for current and future hiring needs with GMP/engineering experience.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, project background, and compensation expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent strategy with business needs.
