Valenz is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles across the company, including Sales, Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, and Admin. This fully remote role requires collaborating with hiring leaders and guiding managers through the process.

You will source, assess, negotiate, and coordinate onboarding, bringing 10+ years of experience, strong market insights, and a commitment to candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience recruiting across Sales, Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, or operations.
• Ability to independently manage searches from intake to offer.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and market insights.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across professional and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen candidates for experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Guide managers through interviewing, offers, and negotiations.
• Maintain ATS data quality and provide regular pipeline updates.
