PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for our Technical Support organization. This role designs batch hiring events and partners with hiring managers to shape timelines and decisions, acting as a strategic partner rather than an order-taker.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including success in high-volume hiring.
• Hands-on experience designing batch hiring events and Super Days with multiple candidates and same-day decisions.
• Experience recruiting for technical support, customer support, or other high-volume roles.
• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market and Corporate roles and strong stakeholder management.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with metrics tracking and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Technical Support hiring, partnering with managers to influence decisions.
• Design, plan, and execute batch hiring events and Super Days across teams.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and partnerships with marketing.
• Forecast hiring needs and adjust strategy to seasonal demand with Go-To-Market leadership.
• Support recruitment for Corporate roles and tailor sourcing for specialized needs.
• Manage candidate experience with timely communication and structured interviews.
• Track key recruiting metrics and ensure ATS hygiene and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to scale processes and share best practices.
• Act as a PAR brand ambassador at events and career fairs.
