Job summary

Valenz is seeking a Sales Manager for Employer Markets to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You’ll coach through complex cycles, shape pipeline strategy, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with Marketing and Product. This fully remote role supports travel up to 25% for client meetings.

You’ll lead onboarding, improve sales processes, and elevate team performance with data-driven coaching. HIPAA-compliant environment and US-based location required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise or consultative sales.
• 4+ years leading sales professionals.
• Proven track record building accountable teams achieving targets.
• Strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with pipeline health, forecasting, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Employer Markets sales professionals through mentorship and coaching.
• Drive accountability for activity, pipeline health, and revenue goals.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-up for new sales members.
• Develop and reinforce sales methodologies via playbooks and training.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Revenue Ops.
• Maintain CRM adoption and usage of AI-enabled tools.
