Qualifications

• 4+ years in full-cycle corporate recruiting, including high-volume and niche roles.
• Experience mentoring recruiters and driving high performance.
• Proven sourcing through AI-powered tools and social networking.
• Ability to extract and act on data to inform hiring decisions.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for consultants and corporate professionals across regions.
• Supervise and mentor recruiters with coaching and development opportunities.
• Advise senior leadership aligning recruitment with business goals.
