Job summary

Signature Aviation in Colorado is seeking a Talent Acquisition Principal Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for corporate and operational roles, partnering with leaders to forecast staffing and build pipelines.

You will interview candidates, negotiate offers with HRBPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive best-in-class recruiting practices across the organization. This role may have direct reports and requires strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or six years HR experience including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring in a fast-paced environment.
• Three years of HR experience, including one year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring in a high-volume setting.
• Five years of customer service experience.
• Experience using recruiting tools (ads, social media, networking) to source top talent.
• Familiarity with HR databases and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers to update on progress and delays.
• Identify expectations and required knowledge, skills, and abilities for candidates.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and nurture relationships to maintain an active talent pool.
• Coordinate applications, assessments, background checks, and drug screens.
• Review resumes to identify candidates meeting manager expectations.
• Conduct first-round interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with Compensation and HRBPs to extend competitive offers.
• Maintain accurate ATS data for candidates and positions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment-related regulations.
• Manage projects aligned to organizational priorities.
• Lead recruiters and coordinators to deliver best-in-class results.
• Handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
