Springline Advisory is hiring a Talent Acquisition Senior to own full-cycle recruiting across the U.S. for Tax, Audit, CAS, and specialty roles. You will proactively identify and engage talent, partner with firm leaders, and deliver market insights that guide hiring decisions.

The role requires exceptional sourcing, passive talent engagement, and a client-focused, consultative approach in a fast-growing professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing environments.
• Experience recruiting for Tax, Audit, and Client Accounting Services.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with leaders.
• Strategic mindset to improve recruiting processes in scaling firms.

Responsibilities

• Proactive pipeline management for passive and active candidates.
• Full-cycle recruiting from source to offer for various roles.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Promote the employer brand to attract talent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align roles and pipeline needs.
• Partner with Head of TA to scale Talent Acquisition practices.
