GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in recruiting Transportation professionals within a civil engineering environment.

This role may operate under a remote schedule and will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche boards to source top talent. You will partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing plans, and build a robust talent pipeline across planning, engineering and environmental consulting disciplines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience in social digital recruitment
• 7-10 years' sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar tools
• 7-10 years' experience sourcing technical talent in planning, engineering, environmental consulting

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open requisitions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for Transportation and Infrastructure roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Ensure data integrity of candidate management systems.
• Conduct extensive data mining of social media to identify candidate profiles.
• Travel domestically up to 15% for events and screenings.
