Job summary

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fully remote role within the United States. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for Infrastructure roles, engage with hiring managers and candidates, and develop customized sourcing strategies.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals and 5+ years in Infrastructure recruiting (Aviation, Transportation, Survey, Water, Energy, etc).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
• 5+ years of experience recruiting Infrastructure professionals (Aviation, Transportation, Survey, Water, Energy, etc).
• Experience in a technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role.
• Working knowledge of and experience with relevant employment legislation and employment trends.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to source, engage and attract high demand candidates.
• Team player who is highly service-oriented, independent, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities to identify, engage, and secure the best and brightest talent in Infrastructure.
• Deliver a high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates by facilitating sourcing, interview and onboarding processes.
• Execute customized recruitment strategies to support growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
