GAI Consultants is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in recruiting Transportation professionals in a civil engineering business environment within the NE and SE U.S. The successful candidate may work a remote schedule and will build a pipeline of talent while partnering with leadership to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field is required.
• 7-10 years' experience in the social digital and recruitment arena.
• 7-10 years' experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other similar/related sourcing tools.
• 7-10 years' sourcing technical talent across various planning, engineering & environmental consulting disciplines (Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Transportation, Construction, Water/Wastewater, etc.).
• 7-10 years' experience defining and implementing research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
• SHRM Cert Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR certification preferred.
• Driver's License (required)

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using industry knowledge, social media, and networks to bring candidates to GAI.
• Research market conditions and trends to assist in decision-making and marketing positions.
• Utilize professional networks to source candidates for active requisitions.
• Source candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, social media, and search engines.
• Promote GAI employer brand messaging on social networks to drive traffic to open roles.
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions and maintain a large candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create solutions for hard-to-fill positions.
• Ensure data integrity of the candidate management database.
• Extensive data mining of social media to identify candidate profiles.
• Domestic travel to assist with events and in support of the business (up to 15%).
