3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end IT recruiting across the US/Canada region in a remote, EST-aligned role.

You will source, screen, and close candidates for senior engineering and product roles while partnering with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies. You will build a diverse pipeline, leverage advanced sourcing techniques, and ensure a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of US/Canada IT recruitment experience, with proven ability to recruit, screen and hire engineers.
• Proficient on job boards; strong in AI, social media recruiting, video screenings, and Boolean search.
• Working knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms; Darwin Box is a plus.
• Target driven, detail oriented with ability to prioritize in a multi-vendor environment.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cross-regional hiring experience in India, LATAM, or EU is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle US IT recruitment from sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate roles.
• Manage multiple requisitions with timely, quality hiring delivery.
• Screen, conduct behavioral interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Apply sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, social hiring, referrals, events, and talent mapping.
• Build a robust US/Canada candidate pipeline for niche and future skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview criteria.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Ensure clear communications on hiring progress.
• Deliver a professional, inclusive candidate experience.
• Represent the company at events and digital hiring campaigns.
