Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to build pipelines for technical roles and lead full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, manage the ATS, and present offers in collaboration with compensation and HR partners. This remote role features a 9/14 schedule with every other Friday off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical and cleared engineering talent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and internal databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial outreach and assess interest and basic qualifications.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Track candidate activity in the ATS to ensure metrics are captured.
• Full life-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offers.
• Prepare salary offers with compensation specialists and HR Partners.
• Attend and support hiring events as needed.
