Job summary

Digacore is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / Solutions Architect (Remote) to design cloud-first infrastructures and lead escalations for clients. You will architect end-to-end solutions around Azure, networking, and server builds, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with sales on technical scope.

You will run client assessments, own complex troubleshooting, and deliver secure, scalable designs with clear documentation and repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in MSP or high-volume IT support.
• Proficient in Windows Server, AD, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Strong Azure skills and virtualization experience.
• Experience with network design, security, and MSP tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessments and translate business needs into secure, scalable designs.
• Design and implement Azure-based solutions and Intune/Endpoint deployments.
• Redesign networks for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Manage Level 3+ escalations and perform root-cause analysis.
• Create detailed SOWs, documentation, and project plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with sales on scope review.
