Job summary

Dragos is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud services in AWS and Azure. You will push code, automate deployments, and shape secure release pipelines as part of a remote‑first, mission‑driven team serving critical infrastructure sectors.

You’ll collaborate across engineering to improve observability, security, and reliability, with a strong ownership mindset and proactive incident response.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience with containerized apps (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficient in Go and/or Python.
• Experience provisioning infra with Terraform, Packer, Ansible.
• Hands-on AWS and Azure deployments and IAM experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure services in AWS and Azure
• Contribute production-quality code to cloud services
• Develop and own automation and deployment pipelines
• Implement IaC practices using Terraform, Packer, or similar
• Design and improve secure release capabilities
• Manage production release pipelines for stability
• Configure and optimize cloud networking (firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, routing tables)
• Monitor and improve service availability and resilience
• Collaborate on observability, logging, and security practices
• Deliver deployments and respond to incidents
