Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support DOJ MEGA 6 automated litigation services in a fully remote role. The contractor will lead system implementation, testing, and ongoing operation of government IT resources for complex litigation projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX, Windows, and storage solutions.
• Experience designing, obtaining equipment and software, installing, integrating, and testing systems.
• Experience with large, complex systems with mixed operating environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Relativity or similar web hosting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor responsibility for system implementation, installation and testing.
• Maintain and operate IT systems and facilities set up by the Government for automated litigation support.
• Establish systems and facilities when required.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize system performance; perform backups and manage access controls.
• Enforce security measures including disaster recovery planning.
• Administer hardware, OS, databases, and applications; coordinate with DOJ technical staff.
• Supervise subordinate staff and report progress; develop system-wide tools and documentation.
