Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support DOJ under the MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This fully remote role requires coordinating legal case support, data processing, and eDiscovery activities while maintaining security and timely delivery.

You will oversee multiple active cases, manage budgets, staffing, and progress reports, and serve as the primary point of contact for client attorneys, CORs, and trial teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously.
• Requires knowledge of litigation support and strong writing and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active cases with caseload expectations and coordination across stages.
• Serve as the Government's primary point of contact for case support.
• Plan, monitor workflow, reporting, staffing, budgeting, resources and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate technical/data processing and eDiscovery support for cases.
• Ensure security, quality assurance, and compliance of project materials.
• Coordinate with other Contractor components and Lead Project Manager as needed.
