Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Engagement Leader to collaborate with commodity leadership and fulfillment teams to shape supply base strategies, ensuring supplier performance and scalability for growth and project needs.

The role supports MSD, BOP and HRSG value streams within the HDNU sourcing team, with international travel up to 25-40% and discretionary annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 10 years of experience in supply chain
• Minimum 5 years in sourcing, supply chain, engineering, finance, operations or project management in Power Generation or EPC companies

Responsibilities

• Partner with commodity leaders to execute supply strategy
• Partner with suppliers to improve delivery performance for products and documentation
• Establish daily management processes for project status and risks
• Extend lean thinking to suppliers
• Lead cross-functional teams identifying systemic causes of delivery delays and implementing long term improvement actions
• Provides technical expertise in process development, capacity planning, inventory requirements and operational management within a project based environment
