Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to develop and drive the global logistics commodity strategy across its PCS portfolio. You will partner with multiple sites to shape sourcing for logistics, packing, and customs, while advancing supplier diversity and sustainability across regions.

The role requires strong leadership in a complex, global matrix and the ability to optimize costs, delivery performance, and compliance. This is a remote position with travel to regional teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Logistics operations & sourcing.
• Experience in leadership roles within a complex, global matrixed organization.
• Broad competence in sourcing analyses & logistics operations.
• Fluency in English and strong negotiation skills.
• Figures management; able to use database.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead the global logistics commodity strategy.
• Partner with PCS sites to develop and execute global sourcing strategies for logistics, packing and customs.
• Drive supplier diversity, sustainability, and supplier management initiatives.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to reduce cost and improve delivery and quality.
• Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance across regions.
• Collaborate with regional teams and GE Vernova to build logistics tools and systems.
