Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead execution of large, high-visibility electrical substation and FACTS projects, owning scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will manage teams, coordinate with customers and suppliers, travel up to 25%, and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards. This role requires PMI/PMP certification and proven experience delivering complex, multi-party programs across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university.
• 8+ years in project management of electrical substations or similar.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolios of large, high-visibility, high-risk projects in electrical substations and FACTS.
• Be single point of contact for senior customers and internal/external teams.
• Lead planning, directing, and controlling resources to meet customer specs, quality, safety, and standards.
• Estimate budgets, track costs, and ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Interface with engineering fields, suppliers, and subcontractors to align requirements.
