SAIC is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage government contracts and proposals, including negotiation, acceptance, and ongoing contract administration. The role requires a strong understanding of FAR/TINA/CAS, risk mitigation, and collaboration with program and finance teams.

This is a 100% remote position within the United States. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline with extensive contract experience; citizenship is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience; Masters with 4+ years; PhD with 0 years. Additional 4 years can substitute for degree.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience managing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts including government contracts and commercial agreements.
• Ability to handle complex contract issues with program and finance teams to mitigate risk.
• Strategic mindset with focus on innovation and adapting to changing business landscapes.
• Strong understanding of contract administration principles, regulations, and policies.
• Knowledge of FAR, TINA, and CAS; experience with FAR, TINA and CAS.
• Cost proposal experience including risk review, narrative creation, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contracts and proposals from preparation to negotiation, acceptance and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with program and finance teams to mitigate program risk.
• Prepare cost narratives and coordinate approvals for proposals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear contractual guidance.
