Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Sr Subcontract Administrator for a remote role with a preference for Northern Virginia candidates. You will lead subcontract activities from RFP through closeout, coordinate with project teams, and ensure contract terms meet company standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ experience in subcontracting, and strong communication and organizational skills. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the chance to impact major programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field).
• 5+ years of related subcontracting experience.
• US Citizen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational and workflow skills.
• Adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Prepares recommended source lists of qualified subcontractors and coordinates with project management.
• Prepares Request for Proposal forms and verifies completeness of proposal packages.
• Evaluates subcontractor responses and negotiates terms; drafts contracts.
• Prepares subcontract documents including flowdown requirements and amendments.
• Maintains subcontract files and performs closeout actions.
