Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Principal Subcontract Administrator to join our Corporate team in the United States. You will lead complex subcontracting activities, negotiate terms with suppliers, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and company policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of defense contracting and subcontract administration experience
• Ability to lead RFPs, pre-award meetings, and final negotiations; risk analysis and pricing input
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ) and regulations (FAR/DFAR, GSAR, TINA)
• Deltek Costpoint experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Provide subcontract support to defense and intelligence business units
• Represent organization as primary subcontract administrator on assigned subcontracts
• Negotiate terms and conditions of NDAs and teaming agreements
• Prepare, analyze and evaluate bids to meet government requirements
• Perform cost and price analysis of bids and proposals
• Administer complex subcontracts (Cost Plus, FFP, T&M, LOE)
• Develop supplier evaluation criteria and negotiate subcontract provisions
• Coordinate subcontract setup and documentation to CPSR/parsons requirements
• Mentor and train assigned staff
• Create proper file documentation in compliance with CPSR
