• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
• Review subcontractor proposals for completeness, compliance, and approvals.
• Support proposal efforts with teaming and NDAs, coordinating inputs with technical and contracts teams.
• Conduct research and compile subcontract data for audits and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout
• Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals, ensuring completeness, compliance, and proper documentation and approvals
• Support proposal efforts by negotiating teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements, and coordinating subcontractor inputs with technical, contracts, and proposal teams
• Conduct research and compile subcontract- and contract-related data in support of audits and other government reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations, throughout the subcontract lifecycle
