You will develop partnerships with senior pharma leaders, drive business development, and expand the client portfolio while mentoring teams and advancing innovative consulting practices. You will operate in a high-autonomy environment, crafting strategic recommendations and leading initiatives that scale our services

Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences and/or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to generate new business, expand accounts, and manage strategic client relationships.
• Skilled at synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
