ZoomRx Inc. is seeking a senior qualitative/quantitative research leader to oversee strategic insights for top pharma and biotech accounts. The role blends data, healthcare, and market intelligence to inform client strategies.

You will lead high-value studies, develop senior client partnerships, and drive new business opportunities while mentoring teams. This role offers remote work within the United States and opportunities to shape ZoomRx's consulting practice.

Competenze

6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience, including supporting business development efforts.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences and/or a quantitative field.
Proven ability to generate new business, expand accounts, and manage strategic client relationships.
Skilled at synthesizing complex data into compelling, actionable insights.
Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Thrive in fast-paced settings with high standards for accuracy and quality.
Experience with product/service innovation across healthcare market intelligence functions; qualitative research experience a plus.
