Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences quantitative market research and consulting.
• Experience supporting business development: proposals, pitches, growth.
• Proven ability to expand client relationships.
• Strong data synthesis and clear client communication.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects with strategic alignment and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with senior pharma and biotech leaders to guide commercial strategy.
• Drive account expansion, identify new opportunities, and broaden client value.
• Operate with high autonomy to exceed expectations and ensure project success.
• Mentor teams and contribute to leadership initiatives within ZoomRx.
