You will lead qualitative and quantitative studies, mentor teams, and collaborate across a vertically integrated organization to deliver tailored, high-impact insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience.
• Experience supporting business development including proposals, client pitches, and account growth.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects with strategic alignment and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with senior pharma/biotech leaders to drive commercial success.
• Drive account expansion and identify new business opportunities across the client portfolio.
• Exhibit autonomy, exceed expectations, and ensure project and client success.
• Mentor and develop teams, contributing to leadership initiatives at ZoomRx.
• Lead initiatives focused on service development and scaling consulting practices.
