Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Professional certification in contract management (NCMA or IACCM) desirable.
• Minimum 8 years in contract management with emphasis on commercial/corporate contracts.
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex, high-value contracts.
• Solid understanding of contract law principles and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts (service, supply, partnership).
• Manage full contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, laws and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to define requirements.
• Monitor performance, identify cost savings and value opportunities.
• Resolve disputes and manage claims.
• Maintain accurate contract records.
• Provide training on contract management best practices.
