Job summary

Cresa is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics to join the Global Portfolio Solutions group. This hands-on role turns labor, demographic, market and cost data into clear, defensible real estate recommendations, including site rankings and total cost models.

The position is remote, with opportunities to mentor teammates and share case studies. You will own analytics projects end to end, build repeatable templates and AI-assisted workflows, and present insights to client executives using

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS, Alteryx and Tableau, and advanced Excel.
Experience with labor market data, ideally Lightcast.
Understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals: occupancy cost and lease economics, market metrics such as rents and vacancy, the site selection process, and how real estate decisions get made.
Demonstrated AI fluency: able to show real examples of using AI tools to work faster or better, and know where their output needs checking.
Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations.
Comfort working directly with senior advisors and client executives.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Deliver location and market analyses with site rankings and cost models.
Own projects end to end from scope to client-ready outputs.
Support pursuits at the point of sale with rapid location analytics and market assessments.
Tell the story with visuals in Tableau and PowerPoint and present to client stakeholders.
Make the work repeatable by building reusable templates and AI-assisted workflows.
Leverage AI daily to accelerate research and data prep with sound verification and confidentiality.
Steward data quality across labor, demographic, geospatial and cost data sources.
Grow the bench by mentoring analysts and sharing case studies.
