Job summary

Camoin Associates is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst or Director of Real Estate Services to lead market analysis and financial feasibility work for clients nationwide. The role offers remote work with preference for the Northeast and opportunities to grow into a leadership position overseeing the real estate service line.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple client engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to marketing and business development while maintaining client

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
• For Senior Real Estate Analyst: at least two years of analytical experience in real estate market analysis or related field.
• For Director: above plus track record in real estate specialization including business development and leadership.
• Consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client communities in the US (up to monthly for 2-3 nights).

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate market analysis and financial feasibility studies across all use types.
• Source data for standard studies independently.
• Write analyses in client-ready form and contribute to team discussions.
• Lead client meetings to explain methodology and findings.
• Lead methodology and proposal approach on engagements.
• Mentor research analysts and review their work for quality.
• Contribute to marketing and business development, including proposals.
• Pursue growth and thought leadership for the real estate service line.
• Be flexible in a small team environment.
