Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a PDS Sourcing Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing for Property and Facility Management, drafting and negotiating complex service agreements, and managing supplier relationships.

You'll collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and account managers to optimize value, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance across JLL's global portfolio. This remote role supports multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field is required.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts with risk awareness.
• Ability to interpret financial data and justify sourcing decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for Property and Facility Management.
• Develop category strategies to save costs while maintaining quality.
• Draft and negotiate service agreements and master SBAs.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and account managers.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance for improvements.
