Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead (GFCO, L5) to own complex compliance programs end-to-end within a global footprint. You will collaborate with Compliance Tech, EAA, Operations, and Legal to drive strategic initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment.

You will craft charters and roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and manage risks, with a focus on automation and cost efficiency. This role requires senior stakeholder engagement and deep AML/CFT domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT operations and related workflows.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and executive-level storytelling for Director+ audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for GFCO areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance for long-tail programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable program strategies.
• Ensure launch readiness for new products and jurisdictions.
