Coinbase is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead (GFCO) to own complex compliance programs end-to-end. You will partner with Compliance Tech, EAA, Operations, and Legal to ensure regulatory obligations are translated into scalable solutions.

The role requires strong program management, AML knowledge, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with Director+ visibility. A high degree of autonomy is expected in this remote-friendly, hybrid environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in regulated environments.
• 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or AML operations.
• Ability to drive large-scale, cross-functional programs with limited guidance.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT workflows and regulatory obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for GFCO areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance for long-tail programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable program strategies.
