Job summary

Cencora seeks a Senior Strategic Accounts Specialist to manage the day-to-day relationships with MVH strategic accounts, delivering superior customer service and coordinating with internal teams on contracts, billing, and reporting.

You will support onboarding, generate reports, and resolve complex customer issues while maintaining detailed CRM records and collaborating with cross-functional partners. This is a remote role across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service operations, case management, or related fields.
• CCXP certification preferred or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Strategic Accounts, providing superior customer service.
• Handle high volume calls and email inquiries with timely, professional responses.
• Coordinate order management, billing, reporting, and customer contracts procedures.
• Generate and customize weekly and ad hoc reports to meet customer specs.
• Maintain CRM records and escalate issues with cross-functional teams.
