Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a customer service role and in a distribution/healthcare environment is a plus.
• Excel proficiency and ability to generate/reconcile reports.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day relationships with MVH strategic accounts and provide superior customer service.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure correct billing, contracts and order delivery.
• Generate and customize weekly reports and ad hoc requests.
• Assist onboarding and training of new associates and document procedures.
• Maintain CRM records and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Address escalated issues and propose improvements to management.
