Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Sr Strategic Account Specialist to manage day-to-day relationships with MVH strategic accounts in the US, ensuring accurate billing, contracts, and timely deliveries. This role partners with internal teams to provide reports, analytical insights, and procedural documentation while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The position requires strong Excel skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years directly related experience or Bachelor's degree, veterinary clinic experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of the Strategic Accounts and provide comprehensive customer service.
• Handle high-volume calls and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Reconcile damaged/lost shipments and process returns/credits as needed.
• Generate weekly reports and fulfill ad hoc requests.
• Maintain regular contact with internal and external customers to address issues.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues, escalating as appropriate.
