Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Analyst for Contracts & Chargebacks to manage pricing, memberships, and chargebacks remotely across the United States. You will work under supervision to ensure timely reconciliation and data accuracy in the contract management system.

The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication with suppliers and customers, and experience with SAP, Excel, and BI tools. This is a fully remote position with potential OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Understanding of Contracts & Chargebacks desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract pricing and membership data in the contract management database.
• Manage the Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio for suppliers and reconcile discrepancies.
• Utilize dashboards to analyze pricing, membership, and contract variance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and external partners to resolve inquiries.
• Reconcile chargebacks in accordance with approved guidelines and contribute to process improvements.
