Job summary

MWI Animal Health, a part of the Cencora distribution services, seeks a Sr Strategic Account Specialist to manage day-to-day relationships with MVH strategic accounts. You will provide superior customer service, handle high-volume calls and emails, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate accounting, billing and contract procedures.

The role involves delivering standard and ad hoc reports, onboarding new associates, and maintaining detailed CRM records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in business administration, operations, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of Strategic Accounts and provide full customer service.
• Handle high-volume phone support and email inquiries professionally.
• Process returns, credits, and reconciliations for damaged/lost shipments.
• Generate and customize weekly and ad hoc reports as required.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams on issues.
