Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team. The role supports the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, drafting legal documents, managing templates and records, and conducting research with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, 5 years of legal experience, and a license to practice law (Wisconsin preferred). The team values CQI and collaborative problem-solving while offering strong benefits and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence.
• File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned
