Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team and assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory.
This role drafts legal documents and templates, manages templates and corporate records, and conducts legal research under limited supervision. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, 5+ years of experience, and prefer licensure to practice in Wisconsin.
Qualifications
- Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
- License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
- 5 years of experience working in legal required.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and templates.
- Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
- Perform records and legal research.
- Prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
- Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
- File legal documents and correspondence in filing systems.
- Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
- Provide legal counsel to staff on business objectives and policy implications.
