Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team. The role supports the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, by drafting legal documents and templates, managing corporate records, and performing legal research under limited supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree, a Wisconsin license preferred, and at least five years of legal experience, with a proactive approach to compliance and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of legal experience required.
• Able to participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with staff.

Responsibilities

• Drafts legal documents and templates and manages document templates and corporate legal records.
• Performs records and legal research and prepares correspondence under limited supervision.
• Forges legal guidance on Navitus initiatives and informs organization direction from a legal perspective.
• Provides legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and applicable policies.
• Researches statutes, judicial decisions, contracts and codes.
• Files legal documents in digital and physical filing systems and develops processes for indexing.
• Other duties as assigned.
