Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our legal team. The attorney will draft legal documents, manage templates and corporate records, conduct legal research, and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.

This role supports compliance efforts and provides legal counsel on business objectives while ensuring policy adherence. The position requires a law degree, Wisconsin licensing preferred, and at least five years of legal experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Prepares legal documents and templates for Navitus and related entities.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Provide legal counsel on business objectives and applicable policies.
• Research statutes, decisions, contracts, and codes.
• Files legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned
