Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team in Colorado. The role supports the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, by drafting legal documents and managing templates and corporate records.

The ideal candidate has a JD and at least five years of legal experience, with a Wisconsin license preferred. Responsibilities include legal research, counsel to staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program is required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of legal experience required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with staff.

Responsibilities

• Implements Navitus and CQI values in improvement activities.
• Applies CQI principles in day-to-day work.
• Drafts memorandums and correspondence.
• Advises on legal implications for new initiatives.
• Counsels staff on legal implications and policies.
• Researches statutes, cases, and contracts.
• Files documents in digital and physical systems.
• Develops indexing and contract filing processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
