  • 12–15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of NTIA, IRAC, and FCC licensing processes.
  • Familiarity with WRC, ITU-R, and NASA spectrum use.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support related to electromagnetic spectrum and telecommunications systems for NASA operations.
  • Collaborate with NASA Spectrum Analysis Center and other agencies for spectrum allocations and coordination.
  • Support domestic and international spectrum management forums and meetings.
  • Advocate NASA contributions to IRAC and subcommittees to ensure spectrum allocations align with missions.
  • Travel as needed.
