Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to engage healthcare professionals, promote Amgen medicines, and navigate complex payer environments. You will lead educational programs, deliver branded messages, and help customers access therapies.

The role requires effective communication, relationship-building, and a passion for serving patients. Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of sales or clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or Business Administration preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical healthcare experience for Senior Specialty Representative.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Lead and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Develop accounts and manage tiered access and reimbursement discussions.
• Collaborate with District Manager to plan territory strategies and programs.
• Maintain product contracts and ensure access for customers.
