With 7+ years in strategic accounts, deployment engineering, or SaaS consulting, you’ll engage C-Suite executives, leverage SQL, and collaborate with content and data teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional work experience in one of the following: strategic technical account management, solutions/deployment engineering, or SaaS consulting.
• Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding and ability to guide complex implementations.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite executives; strong SQL skills; client-facing during technical deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic technical bridge between Karat and enterprise clients.
• Analyze performance metrics with content and data teams; develop tailored proposals.
• Strengthen client relationships to achieve hiring goals through Karat's platform.
• Architect and implement the initial interview framework for new enterprise clients.
• Conduct regular strategic reviews and deliver executive-level training sessions.
• Travel up to 20% for face-to-face meetings and industry events.
